Thoughts
The Nightingale Social Development & Welfare Media (Govt.
Regd.), Vill Kamalpur-Babla, P.O Maherpur, Kaliachak, Malda,
is a registered society, has been providing commendable
services in the field of Education, Social Services like
Blood Donation Camp, Thalasamia Test, Distribution of
Medicines,Cloths,Test Books to the poor & meritorious
students and winter garments to the aged people of this
Malda District since the very birth of this society. The
organisation has started its development works in the Dist.
of Malda, particularly in the rural ares like Kamalpur-Babla,
Moregram, Madhaipur, Sujapur which are Schedule Caste,
Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Class and the people living
below the poverty line populated area. In our survey, we
found that the Malda District is educationally backward
enough. The total number of Secondary Schools is about 350
but the Physical Trained Teachers are not sufficient as per
requirements of demand schools. There is no Physical
Training Institute/College in this district.
Considering all the matters this organisaton come forward to
set up Teacher Education Programmes such as Physical
Training College and so on in the name and style "Uttar
Banga B.P.Ed College" in the neighboring area, this
institute situated abiut 5 kms away from the district
headquarter of Malda Town at Vill Moregram, Via Mangalbari,
P.o Madhaipur, Dist Malda 732142, West Bengal, India.

will be available on and from 24/ 02 / 2009 to 20 /
03/2009 from college office and city office at 10.30 am to
5.00 pm on cash payment of Rs.400/.Admission Forms and
Prospectus will also be available online at our website :
http://www.nsdwm.org/bped/new_page_2.htm and a D/D of
Rs.450/ payable at Malda ( W.B.) in favour of Uttar Banga
B.P.Ed. College.The online downloaded forms must be filled
up in all respect and sent / submitted to the college office
on or before 20/03/2009 along with D/D Rs.450/ either by
registered post or by hand.
